The next step in the process comes immediately after the 2nd Intro, which is the enrollment conference. Your new prospective student has just had 2 great classes, is wearing his or her new uniform and wants to be a new martial arts student. Now is the time to ask for the enrollment! If you have done everything write this will come very easy.

If you are using agreements, and you should be! (contracts) this is the time to get everything signed, payment options settled, schedules in place and the student is now ready to go.

This entire process should only take about 10 minutes, so in other words be prepared for your new enrollment! Also, make sure that your appointments and intro's are all being confirmed the day they are do. Parents very much appreciate the call that gently reminds them of their appointment. I also shows that they are important to the school.

There are 3 more steps left on the path, but I must stress don't take any step for granted! The closer you stick to this proven formula the more successful you will be.
