The Appointment is the next step in the Path. Remember the Info Call is only to get the prospect to come into your school. On the Info Call you have booked the date and time for the prospective student to 'drop in' and see your school. You should have gathered as much information as possible about your prospect during the Info Call. The day of the appointment remember to call the prospect to confirm! This will cut way down on the number of people who do not show up!

Now I am assuming here that you have created an information package to give to your prospect. I will go into details at a later time about the contents of such a package.  The purpose of the appointment is to give them the info package but most importantly to book their 2 FREE Introductory Lessons. It is not a time to talk about the school, the instructors, nor is it time to talk about the price! The prices will be given after the first introductory lesson. In the appointment we want to talk about the prospective student, not so much about our program. Parents love to talk about their kids, or themselves. The appointment is your change to build rapport with the prospect. Make the appointment last no more than 12 minutes.

Now, if you are giving FREE uniforms, this is the time to give it to them! Yes, you will lose a few uniforms, but when the child goes home with the uniform in hand, and tries it on, he or she now feels like they belong. This is very powerful!

Next we will discuss Intro 1
